Revitalising Yoga


Revitalising Yoga is specifically designed to invigorate the system using a flowing sequence of easy-to-follow postures that lengthen and relax the body.  Breathing is integrated throughout the practice with periods of deep relaxation in the corpse position.  This style begins very simply, working on the floor with the back and the legs.  Gradually, the postures move towards an all-four position, finally culminating with upright postures.  The authors intention is for you to be able to learn and remember sequences for practice at any time.
